Job Information
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for executing full‑cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and non‑exempt roles, including support for college and university hiring. This role focuses on sourcing and identifying candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting selection processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The Recruiting Manager helps implement recruiting strategies and processes that align with the company’s overall talent goals and workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, documenting, and improving recruiting processes to guide and educate hiring managers and internal partners.
- Own and continue to improve recruiting infrastructure, including ATS workflows, documentation, and reporting.
- Support the new hire process by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, ensuring interviewer training is completed, and assisting with offer preparation and negotiations as needed.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and IT to ensure efficient onboarding and placement of new hires.
- Monitor industry trends and review market salary data to ensure competitive recruiting practices.
- Manage internal client relationships and support planning and coordination of recruiting events.
- Deliver key recruiting metrics and insights, such as time‑to‑fill, candidate pipeline activity, hiring trends, and process effectiveness to hiring managers and leadership to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other HR related duties and projects assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of Recruiting experience
- PHR Certification
- Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data
- Nature of work requires increasing independence and/or team environment; receives guidance only on complex problems or issues. Work review involves periodic review of output by supervisor

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment with flexibility for hybrid work. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers are used. Occasional visits to warehouses or operational sites may be required.
