Position Summary
The Recruiting Manager will lead and scale the company’s talent acquisition function to support a high-performance, growth-focused organization. This is a hands-on, working manager role, responsible for both leading the recruiting team and carrying a full requisition load across corporate, claims, clinical, and leadership roles. The Recruiting Manager will design recruiting strategies, optimize processes, and ensure the company consistently attracts top talent. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and plays a critical role in delivering predictable hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Prior Experience
Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or people management role.
Experience in insurance, TPA, healthcare, or other highly regulated, compliance-driven industries strongly preferred.
Proven working knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS systems, metrics-driven recruiting, diversity initiatives, and hiring dashboards.
