Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor talent acquisition team members to build a high-performing, scalable function.
- Set clear goals, expectations, and development plans for recruiting staff.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, production forecasts, and long-term growth plans.
- Partner with senior leaders to anticipate workforce needs and translate business strategy into proactive hiring plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent market conditions, hiring strategies, and workforce risks.
- Lead workforce planning efforts in partnership with HR, Finance, and Operations to address short- and long-term talent needs.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles, including professional, technical, skilled trades, and leadership positions.
- Develop early-talent strategies to build talent pipeline.
- Own and evolve the Company’s employment brand in partnership with Marketing and HR.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership roles, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance
- Establish clear recruiting standards, processes, and service-level expectations across the organization.
- Coach and enable hiring managers on effective interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement practices.
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement, optimize recruiting investments, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Regularly report recruiting performance to HR and executive leadership.
- Own and optimize talent acquisition technologies, including ATS and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
- Manage the talent acquisition budget and ensure effective use of resources.
- Select, manage, and evaluate third-party recruiting vendors, agencies, and partners.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proven talent acquisition leader with 5+ years’ experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments preferred
- Proven ability to lead and scale talent acquisition in a growth-oriented organization
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategies to operational and financial goals.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across professional, technical, and hourly roles.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data, analytics, and technology to drive recruiting outcomes.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong negotiation skills and candidate “sales” capability
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements.
