Role Overview

The Recruiting Manager – Wealth Management Division will lead our recruiting team and

oversee the delivery of exceptional hiring results for clients across the Wealth Management

Division.

The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing, training, and developing

Recruiters and Sourcers, ensuring performance goals are met, and personally handling

recruiting for high-profile or strategic client accounts. This role combines leadership,

process management, and hands-on recruiting expertise.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcers.

• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and mentorship.

• Conduct weekly pipeline and performance reviews with team members.

• Monitor daily recruiting activity and ensure consistent execution of Iron Bison’s

recruiting process.

• Partner with leadership to refine recruiting strategies, tools, and KPIs.

• Promote collaboration, accountability, and a culture of team prosperity.

Recruiting & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for high-priority or executive-level searches.

• Source, screen, and present top-tier candidates to Account Managers and clients.

• Act as a subject matter expert in candidate engagement, interview prep, and offer

management.

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience across all searches.

Process & Operations

• Oversee the use and maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Track recruiting metrics and report performance to leadership.

• Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and implement best practices.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data standards.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and prioritize

open roles.

• Participate in client meetings when needed to align on hiring goals.

• Support business development efforts through market feedback and insights.

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of recruiting experience (agency experience strongly preferred).

• 1–3 years of leadership or team lead experience within a recruiting environment.

• Proven success managing high-volume recruiting teams and meeting performance

targets.

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in ATS systems, reporting, and recruiting analytics.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational abilities.

Performance Metrics

• Recruiter and Sourcer productivity (submittals, interviews, and hires per recruiter)

• Team adherence to process and data accuracy in the ATS

• Team retention and engagement levels

• Quality of coaching and feedback provided

• Hires per month/quarter (for both team and personal searches)

• Fill rate for assigned high-profile roles

• Time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates

• Client satisfaction for managed searches

• Accuracy and timeliness of reporting

• Implementation of process improvements or efficiencies

• Collaboration and alignment with Account Managers and leadership
