Recruitment/HR Assistant (Part-Time, In-Office)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide strategic, hands-on support to our recruitment team in Fishers, IN. This role is part-time and 100% in-office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during standard business hours (8:00amโ5:00pm).
This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is highly organized, and enjoys both operational coordination and occasional hands-on tasks such as managing errands or assembling client and team gifts.
The Recruitment/HR Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the recruitment process by assisting with candidate outreach materials, team logistics, and office resource management. This role will also grow to include drafting job descriptions, compiling candidate profiles, and helping to shape an efficient and people-centered recruitment experience. This role offers the opportunity to develop foundational experience in recruitment and HR operations, contribute to meaningful hiring efforts, and support a team passionate about building strong, value-driven teams.
