Key Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Human Resource Management, usiness, Organizational Communication, Industrial Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent HR experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience in a continuous business operations industry.
  • Experience in HR change management, labor-management relations, workplace investigations, and mediation/arbitration.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, including EEO, Affirmative Action, FMLA, ADA, worker's compenstaion, and unemployment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in executing HMR Veteran Services People Strategy within our long-term care environment. This individual will work closely with site leaders and teams to ensure the attraction, development, recognition, and retention of employees to meet both short- and long-term business needs. In addition to supporting HMR Veteran Services' strategic initiatives, the HRBP will assist in driving performance management, employee relations, and compliance while fostering an open, empowering, and equitable workplace culture.
