The Human Resources Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business strategy with team members and leadership in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and team members that reflects the organization’s objectives.

Requirements for a Human Resources Business Partner with Salemtowne:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field. 
• One (1) to two (2) years of HR experience. 
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. 
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
