Rural Hospital | Eastern Washington
Salary: $81,000–$105,000 DOE
In a small rural hospital, Human Resources is not a back-office function. It is central to how care happens every day.
The Senior HR Generalist serves as a trusted partner to leadership and staff, supporting the people who make healthcare possible. This role directly impacts employee experience, compliance, retention, and the overall health of the organization.
If you believe HR should be people-centered, relationship-driven, and closely connected to community, this role will feel like the right fit.
This opportunity is with a critical access hospital in Eastern Washington, serving a close-knit rural community where healthcare is personal and relationships matter.
A candid and fun note about the community:
There is currently no restaurant in town. If you or a spouse have ever dreamed of opening one, this community would likely be very supportive.
This is rural living in the truest sense. Meaningful work, visible impact, and the opportunity to be part of something that truly matters.
