Description

As a Sr. HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the talent acquisition and employee relation activities and support training activities. This includes full-cycle recruiting for all roles within the organization, as well as training development and maintaining positive departmental and employee relations throughout the organization. 

The Sr. HR Generalist will interact with candidates and employees at all levels, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills. This role requires adaptability, as priorities and initiatives may shift based on organizational needs. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to HR challenges is essential.

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field strongly preferred. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Recruiting Expertise: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Description
Starting Salary $68,640 Annually
