DGA is seeking a forward-thinking Senior HR Generalist to join our high-performing team.
You'll lead full-cycle HR initiatives that support business goals—spanning talent, leadership, culture, and organizational development. This hands-on role blends strategy and execution, requiring expertise in benefits, labor law compliance, and HR best practices.

About The Team:
The Senior HR Generalist is the main point of contact at the Manhattan office but has a highly collaborative and supportive team that will ensure you are successful. The HR team is a high-performing group of HR professionals who are supportive, creative, and friendly while performing at our peak.
What you’ll do:
Employee Relations Champion:
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace culture.
- Maintain HR documentation, support performance management, and coach leaders on feedback and documentation.
Drive Performance & Culture:
- Strengthen accountability, transparency, and manager effectiveness through coaching, feedback, and aligned performance processes. Champion company culture and ways of working across your business unit.
- Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, enabling them to build high performing, engaged teams. Provide insight and guidance on org effectiveness, talent planning, team dynamics, and leader development.
- Serve as a cultural champion to ensure our DGA values come to life while ensuring a highly engaged workforce
HR Program Leadership:
- Localize and embed key HR programs (e.g., engagement, performance, compensation) in partnership with HR Operations Team, ensuring they’re applied consistently and with business relevance.
- Lead new hire onboarding, support site engagement plans, coaching of managers and employees
What you’ll bring:
- 5-7+ years HR Generalist/HR Manager experience supporting employees and coaching leaders/teams
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, coaching, employee engagement, and organizational development to support business goals
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead change management processes and coach leaders and employees across different levels
- HR Competencies: Business Acumen, Change Management, Strategic Positioner, HR Innovation
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred
