Description

The Senior HR Generalist serves as a key business partner to leaders and employees at our various location, providing guidance on employee relations, HR policy, and best in class workforce practices. This role oversees day-to-day HR site issues, resolves employee relations issues, and ensures consistent application of HR policies and procedures. This role will lead a team of HR generalists to deliver high-quality HR support across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance on policies, performance management, and compliance matters.
  • Partner with HR functional areas (Comp & Benefits, Talent, HR Operations) to align HR programs with business needs and deliver integrated support.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to address workforce planning, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead and develop HR generalist team members, ensuring consistent delivery of HR support.
  • Support and roll out organizational initiatives in culture, engagement, and HR best practices.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong employee relations expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide HR support in a multi-site, multi-state environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and influence skills.
  • PHR certification preferred.
