In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to identify talent needs, develop leadership pipelines, and implement strategies that improve organizational effectiveness. You'll help leaders establish clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and create development plans that support both employee growth and business objectives.
You'll lead initiatives related to performance management, succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, employee engagement, and workforce planning. You'll also play a key role in identifying high-potential talent, building career development pathways, and helping leaders navigate organizational change.
