Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Acton, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist to oversee employee benefits and manage the full leave administration function. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee support across all benefit and leave programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer all employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and wellness initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, issue resolution, and vendor communications.

  • Manage the full leave administration process (FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD, workers compensation coordination, etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and plan-level requirements for benefits and leaves.

  • Conduct new hire benefits onboarding and support UKG benefits enrollment.

  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and benefit/leave records; prepare and analyze related reports.

  • Support benefits audits, plan renewals, and annual open enrollment activities.

  • Assist with training program administration, including maintaining training records and helping with scheduling as needed.

  • On-site in Acton, MA

  • MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Compensation

  • Salary: $70,000$80,000 depending on experience

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
