SUMMARY: The Senior Human Resources Coordinator provides professional-level support across a broad range of human resources functions and initiatives. This role partners with employees, managers, and the HR team to support recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, HR reporting, and organizational initiatives. The Senior Human Resources Coordinator exercises independent judgment and discretion in coordinating HR processes, interpreting policies, handling confidential information, and supporting day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

**This position is located onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma **

- Assisting the administration and coordination of recruiting activities, onboarding, orientation, and employee transitions
- Assist with the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate training sessions and employee learning initiatives both virtually and in person
- Administer and maintain the organization’s learning management system, including reporting, user support, and training assignments
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience working with HRIS systems and learning management systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing business needs
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- No supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or business preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Previous experience supporting multiple HR functions
- Previous office and administrative experience required
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and other related software preferred
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations strongly preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
