Senior Human Resources Generalist
FLSA: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $65,146 - $81,433
General Description of Position
The Senior HR Generalist serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner, supporting organizational goals through workforce planning, talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee engagement, compliance, and HR analytics. This role leverages HR technology, data analytics, and AI-driven tools to improve processes, support leaders, and help build a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and administer all compensation, benefits, and leave programs, including open enrollment
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor on employee relations, engagement, and policy application
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage and optimize HRIS (ADP preferred) and HR reporting dashboards
- Leverage HR data analytics to identify trends, inform decisions and support workforce planning
- Lead HR process improvements, automation, and technology initiatives
- Support learning, development, and internal mobility efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience (including HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience)
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HRIS systems (ADP preferred), and HR metrics
- Familiarity with AI applications in HR
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration
- HR Certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
- Training and facilitation experience
- Hybrid work environment (onsite and remote as needed)
