Baxter Manufacturing located in Westminster, SC has an immediate opening for a senior Human Resources Generalist. This is an on-site position. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment, must be familiar with employment and labor laws, including workers' compensation. Must be trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, have excellent oral, written, and computer communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment, must have payroll and timekeeping experience, and able to administer day-to-day human resource activities and functions. Must be able to travel on occasion. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or other related field or a combination of education or HR certification and related work experience preferred.
