The Senior Human Resources Generalist (Sr. HR Generalist) plays a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. Serving as a key contact and culture promoter, the Sr. HR Generalist fosters strong relationships with employees and leadership, providing expert advice on HR strategies, policies, and practices. This position ensures compliance with employment laws, manages employee engagement initiatives, and promotes a high-performance culture.
The Sr. HR Generalist maintains an effective understanding of the organization’s financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition, supporting management and employees in improving workplace relationships, building morale, and driving productivity and retention.
