Job Summary

This position is responsible for the Recruitment and Selection and Compensation programs and activities including developing and implementing initiatives and assessing program effectiveness Responsible for the following functional areas: recruitment and selection, compensation, equal employment opportunity, special projects, and other human resources programs and activities, including the applicant tracking system. Act as the backup to the Human Resources Manager.
 

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources or related field required. May substitute an additional four years relevant work experience for the required degree.
Experience - Six years of human resources experience, including recruitment and selection, or compensation program.
