Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Manager to lead and standardize HR practices across India operations. This role will manage the end-to-end employee life-cycle, ensure compliance across India, lead a small HR team.
Key Responsibilities
· Implement and localize HR policies, CoE programs, and compliance frameworks within India.
· Partner with organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives.
· Lead end-to-end recruitment for India business units in alignment with global TA strategies and ATS.
· Manage external vendors, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring initiatives.
· Oversee on-boarding and induction programs aligned with compliance standards.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
· Manage PoSH compliance, awareness sessions, documentation, and related employee concerns
· Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (e.g., Taxation / Gratuity etc).
· Manage statutory compliance, audits, filings, and liaison with regulatory authorities.
· Oversee payroll administration and collaborate with the accounting stakeholders.
· Manage employee benefits programs in line with company policies.
· Lead compensation bench-marking, salary reviews, and merit cycles based on frameworks.
· Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and PIPs.
· Coordinate learning & development initiatives, leadership programs, and compliance training.
· Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data in systems such as Workday.
· Generate and analyze HR metrics, including attrition, engagement, diversity, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
· Drive data-backed decision-making and reporting for leadership.
· Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Master’s degree in HR or related field
· Experience: 7–10+ years of HR experience, including at least 3+ years managing teams in a multinational organization
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian labor laws with exposure to compliance frameworks
