SMF Manufacturing is hiring a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and execution at our Anderson, SC manufacturing facility. This high‑impact role partners closely with leadership to drive engagement, retention, compliance, and workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting, workforce planning, and succession strategies
- Drive onboarding, engagement, training, and retention programs
- Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, and employee relations
- Track and report HR KPIs (turnover, time‑to‑fill, promotions, training)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR audits (EEO, AAP, etc.)
- Lead investigations, maintain HR records, and update policies
- Champion culture, values, and organizational change initiatives
QualificationsQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Senior‑level HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, communication, and consultative skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- PHR or SHRM preferred
