Job Description
Our client is a $15B+ global technology company looking to expand its HR leadership team in Custer County, Nebraska by adding a senior manager with recent manufacturing experience.
If selected for hire, our client may offer relocation assistance to qualified candidates.
In this role, a typical day would be as follows:
- Developing and implementing Human Resources strategies aligned with business objectives and HR global strategy.
- Leading talent acquisition strategy and implementation in a manufacturing environment
- Managing employee engagement
- Managing safety initiatives
- Ensuring compliance to EEOC requirements.
- Counseling management to effectively resolve performance corrective action and/or disciplinary issues.
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree required, graduate degree preferred
- Manufacturing experience
- 5 years in HR leadership, at least 3 in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion successfully
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish strongly preferred
