The Senior Manager, Human Resources is responsible for providing (and leads a team providing) full Human Resources (HR) generalist scope to include recruitment and retention, HR program administration, change management, employee relations, performance management, coaching and counseling, and policy interpretation and application. This position applies business knowledge and human resources expertise in support of business operations and strategy while facilitating a positive relationship between managers and employees. The Senior HR Manager also analyzes internal HR-related data and industry trends and makes recommendations based on insights gained.
Estimated starting annual base salary is $145,677.78 - $218,516.67 per year less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary, variable annual incentive, paid based on Company performance factors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Directly lead and collaborate with HR personnel across all HR specialty and generalist areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization; consult with leaders and employees; and provide daily HR guidance.
- Conduct robust workforce planning in partnership with department leaders and deliver accordingly via internal and external talent programs and processes.
- Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, using expertise in diverse HR disciplines to provide comprehensive and effective HR support.
- Coach leaders on appropriate and proactive leadership techniques.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations to resolve employee relations issues.
- Work closely with leaders and employees to create a highly engaged, dynamic work environment.
- Lead performance and talent development programs and activities.
- Identify and provide recommendations to address performance needs. Proactively assess team and employee development needs (both within HR and organization-wide), make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Conduct or assist with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and other social and/or compliance reviews.
- Effectively communicate HR perspectives, services, programs, and policies as well as implication for business strategies to all employees.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices. Review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 10 years of relevant, hands-on HR experience in HR administration and program management with emphasis on process/quality improvement.
- 5 years’ leadership experience with at least 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
- 5 years’ HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience helping organizations scale, change, transform and grow.
- Training, facilitation, and presentation experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service, project management, and change management skills, and ability to drive programs independently.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with internal staff and management. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Must be able to demonstrate practical problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Must be able to demonstrate practical problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
