We are looking for two experienced Senior Human Resources Managers to join our team—one dedicated to our Clinic operations and the other focused on Contracting services.
Job Summary: The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading the strategic and operational functions of the Human Resources department. This position oversees all aspects of human resource practices and processes, including recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. The Senior HR Manager will partner with executive leadership to ensure HR strategies align with the company’s mission, culture, and business goals.
Supervises: Senior HR Generalist, HR Generalist, HR Assistants
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight to the HR team, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance
Mentor and develop HR staff, providing coaching and growth opportunities
Ensure timely execution of HR initiatives including onboarding, employee reviews, and compliance programs
Oversee hiring and termination processes in coordination with department heads
Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement
Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management strategies
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
Monitor and ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership, fostering open communication and trust
Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to management on improvement plans
Design and implement training and development programs for leadership and staff
Maintain and analyze HR metrics to assess program effectiveness and make strategic recommendations
Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture
Manage the HRIS system and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Prepare and manage departmental budget and vendor relationships
Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and HR industry functions
Other duties as assigned
Education/Certifications/Licenses
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Master’s Degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain is a plus
Experience
7-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in construction or contracting industry preferred
Proven knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Experience managing benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS platforms
