- Own Global Procurement planning cadence and performance management.
- Lead executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and narratives for Procurement Leadership Team, Executive Committee, and Board forums.
- Track delivery of strategic commitments, surfacing risks and insights early.
- Partner with the CPO on presentations, papers, and leadership communications.
- Provide PMO leadership for Procurement Digital and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Establish clear delivery discipline while keeping ways of working pragmatic.
- Translate complex data into compelling stories using advanced visualization and AI tools.
- Owns delivery standards, artefacts and insights within assigned initiatives
- Owns the PLT agenda and meeting calendar and content, in conjunction with PLT.
- Influences Senior stakeholders through insight, preparation and clarity rather than formal authority.
What we need from you
- Exceptional PowerPoint capability and executive storytelling skills.
- Advanced data visualization skills, including use of AI-enabled tools.
- Confidence influencing senior leaders and navigating ambiguity.
- This role is suited to candidates from Consulting, FP&A, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Strategy & Transformation backgrounds who are comfortable operating in fast-paced, senior-facing environments.
Travel - up to 20% required
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000. This role is eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
