As a Site Human Resources Business Partner at Card-Monroe Automation, you will play a crucial role in managing all human resources functions at our manufacturing site, serving both hourly and salaried employees. This hands-on position involves delivering effective HR services, including employee relations, labor law compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management.
