Position Title: Site Lead – Senior Simulation & Training Manager
Location: Fort Leonard Wood, MO
Clearance: Favorable T1 Investigation (background check)

Job Summary:
The Site Lead is responsible for overseeing all contract personnel and the execution of digital instruction, simulation scenario development, and mission command training events. This role acts as the senior interface with Government leadership, coordinates all training and support activities, ensures quality deliverables, and manages event readiness and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of instructors and SMEs in support of up to 85 annual training events and 133 classes.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with Government stakeholders (Commanding General, Directors of Training).

  • Develop and oversee simulation scenarios in support of Army training requirements.

  • Coordinate with SGLs to determine instructional needs and provide briefings and status updates.

  • Manage weekly readiness checks, monthly reports, and training delivery quality control.

  • Oversee all six warfighting functions during simulated training environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience; 2+ years in simulations and battalion-level staff.

  • Graduate of CCC, WOAC, SLC, or Battle Staff Course.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with MDMP, LSCO, and simulation system integration.
