Position Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will oversee all aspects of human resources for CSM America, with a strong emphasis on Benefits and HRIS administration. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving HR strategy that supports business objectives, enhances employee engagement, and ensures compliance. The Sr. HRBP will lead and mentor a team of three direct reports, guiding them in delivering exceptional HR service across talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and learning & development.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
· Serve as a consultant to managers on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.
· Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability.
· Oversee administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
· Lead vendor relationships, benefits renewals, and open enrollment processes.
· Manage HRIS (e.g., ADP/Paycom) ensuring accurate data, system integrity, and reporting to support decision-making.
· Drive system improvements, process automation, and employee self-service enhancements.
· Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on complex employee relations issues.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
· Lead investigations, recommend resolutions, and maintain documentation in alignment with company practices.
· Support leadership training, career pathways, and succession planning initiatives.
· Collaborate with managers to strengthen engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
· Champion CSM America’s mission, vision, and values by fostering a positive employee experience.
· Manage, coach, and develop three direct reports across HR functions.
· Build team capabilities to ensure scalable HR support across multiple business units.
· Set performance goals, conduct regular check-ins, and provide professional development opportunities.
· Provide HR metrics, reports, and insights to leadership on a regular basis.
· Lead or participate in HR-related projects as assigned.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
-Master’s degree and/or HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) strongly preferred.
Experience:
-5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1+ years in a leadership or business partner role.
-Deep expertise in benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance.
-Experience managing a team and influencing senior leaders.
-Proven track record of leading HR projects in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.
