Hiring salary range: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 annual

Position Overview
The Senior Human Resource Business Partner position is responsible for
aligning business objectives with employees and company leaders in designated
business units. As a Sr. HR Business Partner, you are responsible for
interpreting the HR strategies and policies along with formulating partnerships
across the organization to provide expertise and guidance to leadership. You will provide support with employee issues,
performance management, and reviewing and implementing employment policies and
procedures. Demonstrates expertise in conducting investigations; exercises good
judgment in resolving issues and maintains positive relationships with
leadership and colleagues.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide
guidance and mentorship for business leaders to discuss the tactics to
enhance employee productivity, retention, engagement, and relationships.
- Manage
and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough,
and objective investigations.
- Assist
with employee inquiries regarding performance, leaves, benefits, payroll,
compensation, resignation, and all other HR disciplines.
- Partner
with the HR subject matter experts to effectively answer and resolve all
complex inquiries. This includes workers’ compensation and leave of
absence to ensure consistency of best practice.
- Analyze
data, including survey data, trends, and metrics to develop solutions, programs,
and policies.
- Serve
as a resource to management and employees on the interpretation and
application of Bank policies and practices.
- Ensure
compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws in conjunction with
Bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain
confidentiality of all employees’ records and files and ensure all
required employee documents are complete, orderly, and timely.
- Work
on critical projects that impact the employee experience, growth, and
retention.
- Leverage
best practices and identify opportunities for efficiency and scale.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree preferable
in Human Resources or equivalent experience 7+ years of HR Business
Partner related experience
PHR, SPHR, HRCI or other HR
certification strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge and
application of both state and federal labor and employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex employment related concepts
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement process and solutions that drive business results
- Strong in interpersonal and
communication skills, able to build relationships and trust at all levels
of the organization.
- Strong partner management
skills that include the ability to effectively consult, negotiate, resolve
conflict, and influence change
- Use strong prioritization
skills to manage competing needs effectively.
- Proven ability to research information and analyze data
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
