PIP-HSP is looking for an experienced HR site lead at their manufacturing facility in North Charleston.
This is an onsite position. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of soft-people skills and strong HR/business analytics.
The Sr. HR Generalist will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives. You will report directly to our HR America’s Regional Director, this role requires a hands-on, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.
