Additional Info

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of HR generalist and HRBP experience.
  • Strong operations and, or, manufacturing environment experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Applicable knowledge of Company policies, available HR resources, HR Standards and Expectations, HR Standard Operating Procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • An administrative skill set that includes written and oral communication, calendar management, timeline execution, paperwork organization, and workflow prioritization.
  • Commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Local travel is required to stay connected to the business and our employees.
  • Ability for occasional out of state travel.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
  • Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.

 

What will set you apart:

  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience in union and non-union environments.
  • Certified bilingual English/Spanish.

Total Rewards:            $100,000 – $130,000/ Yearly Salary

 

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
