Position Purpose
The Recruiting Coordinator position is one of the first ways we can provide Red Carpet treatment to all our candidates. This role will coordinate different processes behind recruitment and onboarding and strengthen relations with our Hiring Managers.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
Assist recruiters with scheduling, rescheduling, and following up on interviews
Send offers in ATS and recruiting platforms such as Upwork
Send onboarding instructions and launch background checks through vendor
Send copy of the offer letters
Create and send out weekly Recruiting Reports
Notify Hiring Managers of new hires offer acceptance and hire dates
Coordinate with HR onboarding team including ensuring the Onboarding Tracker is up to date and accurate
Send request for feedback to Hiring Managers from ATS and follow up on action items related to the hiring process
Keep ATS updated including sources, stages, posts, flagged fields, and candidate profiles
Support leadership with compensation research and benchmarking for international positions
Monitor and develop Employment Reputation Management on sites such as Upwork, Glassdoor, indeed, etc. alongside the Recruiting Manager

Minimum Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish English) – C1
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
High School Diploma or Similar
2 years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role
Experience with Excel and reporting
