Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to support our Human Resources function. This full-time, non-exempt role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting while also providing administrative and general HR support. The position works closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Essential Functions:

Talent Acquisition (Full-Cycle Recruiting)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support onboarding process, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination

HR Generalist Support

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee relations matters
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments and employee inquiries
  • Assist with performance management processes and documentation
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and programs

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Assist with payroll-related preparation tasks such as timekeeping audits and data entry
  • Maintain HR files, reports, and documentation in an organized and confidential manner
  • Support HR projects, audits, and compliance initiatives as needed
  • Travel to offsite locations on an as needed basis.  Must maintain a current driver's license, proof of insurance, clean motor vehicle report and reliable transportation throughout employment


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting and/or HR generalist roles
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and HR best practices
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Paycom HRIS/ATS experience preferred
