Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires of all levels for Red Roof
Work with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
Manage the recruiting module in the HRIS system (i.e. UKG, ADP, Workday, etc.)
Conduct new hire orientation for all new employees
Process new hire paperwork, ensure employee information is correct
Review and update job descriptions
Update company organizational chart on a regular basis
Manage talent acquisition based projects, such as compensation reviews, purchasing new hire welcome gifts, interview guides, internal application process, etc.
Assist with other human resource processes as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruiting
Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks
Intermediate knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems
The ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks
