What You’ll Do

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of After Dark. You’ll lead the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract top-tier talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with company hiring goals
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic, creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Passion for identifying, engaging, and developing talent
