Position Overview

The Talent Manager plays a vital role in driving operational excellence through people. This role assists in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, ensuring that every individual is equipped and inspired to serve with excellence.

This is not a behind-the-scenes HR position — it’s a hands-on, leadership role that partners directly with operations to build a thriving team culture and support restaurant performance.  The Talent Manager also spends a lot of time in the operations to support demands of the business.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruiting & Hiring

-Build partnerships with local schools, organizations, and community networks to grow the applicant pipeline by attending Career Fair Events.

-Manage the interview and onboarding process with excellence and hospitality.


Culture & Retention

-Champion Chick-fil-A’s culture of care, positivity, and teamwork across all shifts and departments.

-Lead initiatives that enhance team member engagement and retention.

-Support recognition programs and team events that celebrate success and strengthen relationships.


Operational Support

-Partner with Operational Leaders to identify talent needs that align with business goals.

-Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure staffing levels, scheduling, and leadership development meet restaurant demands.

-Serve as a key member of the leadership team, serving in the Operations to support the demands of the business. 


Qualifications

-2+ years of experience in Recruiting/HR (hospitality or restaurant experience preferred).

-Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

-Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

-Passion for developing people and creating positive team culture.
