We’re looking for a dynamic Training Manager who is passionate about developing people, shaping culture, and driving performance. This is a non-technical training role focused on coaching, communication, soft skills, customer experience, and building strong, trust-filled relationships across the team.
If you’ve ever been the “go-to” person for helping others grow, creating training sessions people actually enjoy, or connecting with team members at all levels—this role is built for you.
HVAC experience is not required
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver engaging training programs
• Onboarding for new hires
• Customer experience training
• Soft skills, communication, and leadership coaching
• Culture, values, and brand-standard training
Coach team members one-on-one and in groups
• Help technicians, installers, and leaders grow
• Support employee development plans
• Conduct live coaching and follow-up sessions
Build relationships across the company
• Partner with managers and frontline employees
• Understand learning needs and customize training
• Promote a positive, growth-oriented environment
Create simple, clear training tools
• Job aids, guides, checklists, and SOPs
• Training schedules and progress tracking
Support Talent Development & Retention
• Identify knowledge gaps
• Help improve performance and engagement
• Participate in stay interviews or coaching initiatives
