TITLE: TEMPORARY STAFFING COORDINATOR
FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT
REPORTS TO: MANAGER OF STAFFING AND COMPENSATION
SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Manager of Staffing and Compensation, the Staffing Coordinator will support the staffing team in interview scheduling and coordination. In this role, you will communicate with candidates and our internal employees to coordinate calendaring interviews and then assist with the onboarding process as needed.

The hourly rate for this temporary position is between $20.00-26.00 + benefits. Within the range the individual pay may differ depending on additional factors including job responsibilities, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience. The hourly pay range shown is subject to change and may be modified periodically.
The Staffing Coordinator works primarily in an office environment from Monday to Friday. The schedule may be altered from time-to-time to meet business or operational needs; may travel from building-to-building as needed. Stands, sits, and walks; performs various fine grasping movements, bends, and twists; operates a computer and enters information using a keyboard, operates a telephone, and other office equipment. May occasionally push, pull, or lift up to 10 or more pounds.
