Reporting to the site Human Resources Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the Corporate Training Manager, the Training Manager is accountable for the effective execution and overall effectiveness of training at the site and serves as a key escalation point for training-related risks, gaps, or noncompliance. The role works closely with site leadership, department managers, and subject matter experts to support employee onboarding, skill development, compliance training, and workforce readiness.

· Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to assess training impacts resulting from process changes, engineering changes (ECOs), new equipment, or customer flow-downs, and coordinate updates or retraining as needed to maintain workforce readiness.

· Coordinate and support new hire onboarding activities with Human Resources, ensuring training requirements are scheduled, completed, documented, and aligned with time-to-proficiency expectations.

· Own and administer the site Learning Management System (LMS), including curriculum setup, user management, training assignments, tracking, and reporting.

· Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records and support internal audits, customer visits, and regulatory reviews by providing training documentation and subject matter expertise.

· Own and maintain training-related skills matrices, certification tracking, and qualification status to support cross-training, audit readiness, and workforce flexibility.

· Develop, maintain, and control training curriculum and materials (e.g., presentations, job aids), and coordinate and deliver instructor-led, on-the-job, and other training using effective instructional methods appropriate to the audience and content.

· Develop and deliver training content in accordance with established corporate training frameworks, templates, branding guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistent, professional, and effective training materials.

· Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance indicators, and implement improvements as needed.

· Provide direct or functional leadership, coaching, and development support to other training support personnel, where applicable, to ensure consistent execution of site training activities.

· Obtain, maintain, and apply IPC Certified Instructor (CIT) certification(s), where required by site operations, customer requirement, or business need.
