Description

Accountability Objective:
The Training Manager is responsible for implementation, execution, and compliance monitoring for all employee training requirements; ensuring all employees meet the training and education standards set forth by all licensing entities. This position assesses company-wide licensure requirement needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance, and ensure competency of essential job functions for the employees of Range Center’s workforce.



Qualifications

2-year degree in education or related field (4- year degree preferred).
3 years of experience implementing training/learning plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
Demonstrated ability to teach required in-service requirements to new and existing employees.
Possess valid MN driver license with insurable driving record (as deemed by organization’s carrier).
Certified CPR/First Aid Instructor.
Successful Rule 11 (criminal background check).
Ability to lift weight unassisted (minimum 15 pounds).
