  • Collaborate with HR peers in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Benefits, and HRIS to ensure coordinated efforts across recruitment, retention, training, and performance management
  • Respond to employee concerns and workplace conflicts with thoughtful resolution strategies that support individual dignity and organizational integrity
  • Use data to monitor trends, evaluate the effectiveness of programs, and drive decisions that enhance the employee experience
  • Review, refine, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance across the agency
  • Support change management and help leaders navigate transitions in ways that build trust and clarity
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams when needed to reduce risk and ensure fair, legally sound HR practices

  • Ensure compensation practices are fair and consistent, including job grading, promotions, and documentation review
  • Serve as a key voice in employee-related decision-making and help shape our future HR direction

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA, preferred
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on employee relations and team leadership
  • Demonstrated success working with operational leadership and cross-functional teams in a complex, multi-site organization
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, workplace investigations, and performance management best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust at all levels
