Founded in 1973, Keystone Human Services is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources committed to operational excellence in HR practices to join our executive leadership team. As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will lead a dynamic HR team in supporting nearly 3,000 dedicated employees. As a key member of the leadership team and trusted advisor to the board of directors, you will be responsible for developing people-centered strategies that support our mission, values and long-term goals. This position is responsible for identifying HR related needs across the organization, promoting talent development, and ensuring excellence and consistency in HR related practices throughout the organization.
