JOB SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) supports individual business entities by overseeing the execution of the global people strategy based on their respective goals and objectives. This position leads initiatives to attract, retain, reward, develop, and promote top talent in collaboration with business leaders. The VP of HR oversees talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, performance management, professional development, and succession planning programs. This position also oversees payroll processes for accuracy and reducing errors and fraud. The VP of HR coordinates HR sponsored employee engagement events and workshops for all family member companies, bringing employees together for networking, professional development, and promoting the Company culture. This position leads the design and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits programs, and the total rewards strategy. The VP of HR reports to the Chief Executive Officer. This position demonstrates the company values and supports the Company’s mission.
