The Talent Manager plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and developing top talent for our restaurant. This person ensures we maintain a strong culture, excellent training systems, and effective staffing strategies to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all recruiting efforts including job postings, interviews, and onboarding for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions
- Build relationships with local schools, organizations, and job boards to attract quality candidates
- Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve team engagement
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new hires and current team members
- Support leadership in maintaining Chick-fil-Aβs culture of excellence and care
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and Chick-fil-A brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or leadership (restaurant or retail experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for developing people and fostering a positive team environment
- Proficiency with scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding software (experience with HotSchedules or similar a plus)
- Must be 18 years or older
