Position Overview
We are hiring a HR & Recruiting Manager to own the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through performance management, compensation, benefits, and career development.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where success depends on building high-performing teams, creating scalable people systems, and ensuring employees are supported to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
You will lead HR and recruiting operations while helping shape the culture and infrastructure of a rapidly growing business. Responsibilities include:
- Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and role requirements
- Build and manage a high-quality multi-step interview process
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across all open roles
- Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling efficiently
- Own onboarding to create a strong new hire experience
- Maintain employee documentation, records, and handbook updates
- Design and manage the company performance review process
- Support leadership with performance improvement plans and employee development
- Partner on compensation planning, raises, and promotions
- Administer benefits, PTO policies, and employee support requests
- Manage employee growth plans and training initiatives
- Coordinate gifting, recognition, and internal culture programs
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant and aligned with company values
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, and Recruiting
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Experience in startup, fast-growth, or entrepreneurial environments preferred
- Experience hiring executive or C-level talent preferred
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, benefits, and employee documentation
- Experience using AI tools to improve recruiting or HR workflows preferred
- Strong organizational and process-building skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
- High discretion with sensitive employee matters
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through

Compensation
Base Salary: $85,000 to $100,000
