POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator for Optima Tax Relief, LLC (“Optima”) is located in the Santa Ana, California office and reports to the Human Resources Business Partner. This role must provide support in various HR functions, including administrative tasks related to onboarding, planning, and coordination of staff training, HRIS management, employee relations, and working closely with HR Business Partners. This role must also champion Optima’s culture and Core Values and help to deliver the best customer experience.

In order to be provided the essential training required to be successful in this role, it is mandatory that you are present for and complete all essential/initial training onsite for up to 5 business days (unless prior management approval is provided). Please note that additional onsite training may be required depending on business need.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and working with HR Business Partners.
Proficiency in HRIS, with experience managing employee data.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,& ABILITIES
Excellent Organizational, Time-management, Written, and Communication Skills
Proficient and comfortable with office equipment (Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Comfortable with excel spreadsheets, running reports and managing complex data to determine trends and compiling for various business units.
Strong Work Ethic and Commitment to Excellence.
Remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical knowledge of computer systems, interactions and function within the company to aid in risk-assessment and prevention of potentially harmful practices.
