WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is organized, collaborative, and skilled in building effective human resources systems that support staff, supervisors, and leadership.
The Ideal Candidate:
WHAT THE ROLE IS
The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in supporting approximately 95 staff by maintaining strong HR systems, fair personnel practices, and effective workforce support across the agency. This position combines hands-on HR operations with consultation to supervisors and agency leadership.
In this role, you will oversee core HR systems including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, personnel documentation, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise the Recruiting Coordinator and guide agency hiring processes to help attract and retain strong staff.
The HR Manager also serves as a resource to team members, supervisors, and leadership on employee relations, performance management, and personnel processes. The position works closely with finance staff to support payroll and benefits administration.
By ensuring compliance with employment laws and monitoring workforce trends and HR metrics, the HR Manager helps leadership strengthen personnel practices across the organization.
SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Location: Swansea, Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week; some schedule flexibility required
Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000
