  • Set clear internal department goals and lead the team to achieve applicant numbers aligned with Charis Bible College leadership objectives.
  • Manage and equip a front-facing, inbound-call priority phone team of Student Recruiting Specialists who handle all inbound calls to the Charis Bible College main phone line.
  • Manage and equip the Student Recruiting Team to execute outbound calling and outreach to prospective students and inquiries, helping them take their next steps toward Charis Bible College.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop the Student Recruiting Team for excellent interactions with prospective students, strengthening key skillsets such as conversational proficiency, system competence, record keeping, and consistent next-step encouragement, along with day-to-day operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute a quality assurance program, including call listening and documentation review, and provide regular feedback, training, and coaching to Specialists.
  • Build and maintain training manuals, call flows, scripting, documentation standards, and quality control processes; execute policies and procedures consistently so every prospective student receives an excellent experience.
  • Maintain industry-standard knowledge of recruiting best practices and tailor them to the identity of Charis Bible College to ensure workflows and training remain aligned and effective.
  • Lead and train the Student Recruiting Team to conduct tours, open houses, and other recruiting events for prospective students.
  • Create hiring and training timelines so new specialists are ramped before peak seasons, including cross-training plans and coverage maps; recruit and train interns and volunteers as needed.
